I would like you to write a piece of music based on the theme of space exploration.
Your focus can be one of the following:-
A piece based on a space rocket taking off on an exploratory journey through our solar system.
A piece based on an encounter with an alien life-form.
A piece based on a space mission that goes horribly wrong.
First I would like you to create a minimum of 10 synthesised sounds that fit your theme.
Then I would like you to create a pice lasting two minutes that has at least 3 different sections representing the different parts of your story.
It should be musically interesting, well mixed and balanced, and make use of synthesis, sampling and the use of effects.
You also need to create a write up explaining your approach, the patches you have made, and the story you were trying to tell.
