An advertising company has asked you to make a royalty free soundalike of Pharrell Williams - Happy, to be used in an advert.
Your submission should be an instrumental in the same style. Things to consider are instrumentation, tempo, and your piece needs to have clear sections - A-B-A for example.
You need to document the creative process, including any research (tempo/instrumentation list/influences etc), using screenshots, and with reference to the techniques checklist on the blog. Your blog post should also include a bounce of the final mixed piece.
How you approach it and whether you use loops, played parts, recorded elements, drummer track etc are your choice.
The deadline for submission to the advertising agency is 9am on the 22nd December.
