You are required to create two contrasting 8 bar pieces of music - one using traditional 'rock' instruments (electric guitar/acoustic drums/electric bass/piano etc) and one using electronic instruments (drum machine/synthesisers etc).
Think back to our critical listening and analysis we have done and make sure you work in an appropriate tempo and style for each track.
You music use a combination of Apple Loops, Programmed MIDI/Virtual Instruments, and use two different methods to create your drums
As always make sure your timing is correct, and don't forget you can use the mixer to balance the levels of different instruments together. You will need to post your finished pieces on your blog with some screenshots to show how you approached each piece.
